Studio Reco

Launched in 2020 by Spanish designer Bea Recoder and named in homage to the women of her family, Studio Reco uses an assemblage technique to tackle the problems of overproduction and dormant inventory in fashion. The Paris-based brand exclusively uses surplus leather to create limited edition patchwork bags. Each piece is the result of a dialogue between the designer and the leather, one that explores the possibilities of colour and texture to create the most organic shape from the available material.
